Conference on Tobacco and Nicotine Products Regulation set for Oct. 24-25


The Tobacco and Nicotine Products Regulation and Policy Conference will take place Oct. 24-25.

This will be a gathering of a diverse group including public health advocates, researchers, manufacturers, lawyers, consumer interest groups, entrepreneurs and governmental agencies. The Keynote Address will be from Mitchell R. Zeller, director of the Center for Tobacco Products, Office of Medical Products and Tobacco for the Food and Drug Administration. The luncheon address will be from Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller.

Industry and Firms registration costs $1,399 for members and $1,899 for non-members. Nonprofit, government and academic members will pay $899 and $999 for non-members. Students will pay $99 and are required to be full-time and must submit transcripts.

An additional $200 will be added to any registration received after Sept. 19.

The Conference will take place in Washington, D.C..
